INTRODUCTION
Social Inclusion for Equality (SIFT), Nepal is a non profit making organization established in 2005 A.D. In our society, there are various sorts of social inequalities due to segregation of class and caste. Dalit people are depriving of getting rights from nation. Lack of awareness is the main source of poverty and discrimination. Dalit people being illiterate, have faced inhuman practices and been deprived of mainstreaming in national development. Similarly, gender discrimination is also another problem of Nepalese society for memorial time. The economic, social, cultural and political situation of Dalit, indigenous, women, children, marginalized and minority community is quite miserable due to caste discrimination, untouchability and traditional conservation.
Dalits are under the poverty line and suffering from the caste-based discrimination and untouchability. Their fundamental human rights have been exploited. In this prevailing situation, SIFT Nepal envision to intervene against the violation of human rights through social empowerment and inclusion. Finding the problem is not only the main target of any organization but also solve the problem is another important challenge. Thus, in order to wipe out social evils as caste-based, gender discrimination and inequalities, SIFT Nepal established according to the organization registration act, 2034.

OBJECTIVES
- Increase the public awareness for eliminating the existing untouchablitiy of society and support to the social inclusion.
- Conduct the program for preserving the fundamental rights of Dalit, women, children and marginalized people.
- Protect and promote the human rights of Dalit community by conducting the advocacy program.
- Conduct the various program for mainstreaming the Dalit and oppressed community in national development.
- Organize literacy campaign for raising the awareness against all kinds of discrimination, child labour, labour exploitation, and dowry system and child marriage.
- Conduct the interaction, workshop, seminar and campaigns for the promotion of social inclusion.
- In order to include Dalits and marginalized people in mainstream of national development.
- Support the social inclusion by eradicating the intra-Dalit discrimination.
- Carry out the research, study program for social inclusion.
- Make aware the Dalit people by sharing the national and international provisions, programs and laws.

STRAREGIC DIRECTION
SIFT Nepal is working to achieve its vision and to complete it’s mission with the following strategic directions:
1. Promotion of human rights, social justice, democracy and good governance:
- Conduct the orientation, training, workshop and conference for promotion of social justice.
- Conduct the various programs for the protection of human rights and related laws, human rights practices and practical knowledge. Provide free legal aid in order to protect the fundamental human rights of victims.
- Advocate on the favour of democracy and good governance.
2. Sustainable livelihood and development of Dalit and deprived community:
- Conduct the programs as income generating training, skill development, modernizing training of traditional profession, self employment programs, saving and credit program for the sustainable livelihood and development of Dalit, indigenous, women and marginalized, minority community which help to inclusive society.
- Launch the public awareness related programs for preserving and promoting the natural resources and to make sure the access of local community.
- Contribute to make just and civilized society by conducting the health and sanitation programs.
- Make an effort to bring the equal opportunity to all without discrimination of caste, gender.
3. SOCIAL MOBILIZATION
- Mobilize the CBOs of Dalit and other deprived community in village level and empower and mobilize them to their rights.
- Develop and promote the local community leadership skill and mobilize them to the way of getting their rights.
- Mobile the mass and lobby for formulating the Dalit related policies and programs.
- Mobilize the community against all kinds of violation (Caste discrimination, untouchability, gender discrimination, child labour) and make them aware.
- Eliminate the intra-dalit untouchability and inspire the inclusion of Dalit and non-Dalit people.
